It’s not exactly a state secret that Florida head coach Urban Meyer is a very intense individual and one who puts every ounce of himself into his job.In a wide-ranging interview with the Orlando Sentinel, Florida president Bernie Machen hints very strongly that the very qualities that make Meyer the success he is is today could also lead him him to an early exit from coaching."I think what will happen to Urban is he won’t go somewhere else, he’ll just burn out and quit,” Machen told the paper."He’ll reach the point he can’t do it any longer at the level he demands of himself. Hopefully it’s not for 10 years. I don’t speak for him, but we like him, and we think he likes it here."Machen also told the paper that Myer and athletic director Jeremy Foley will start talks on a raise/extension for the coach at some point this summer, but, as far as he knows, nothing has happened on that front just yet."He and Jeremy have talked about something, but I don’t think they are working on anything,” the president said.
