With scholarship offers in hand from Louisville, Rutgers, Florida International, Florida Atlantic, Troy and Georgia Southern, former South Florida signee Kamran Joyer certainly has a number of options at his disposal.
However, one of those schools in particular has caught the offensive lineman’s attention.
According to Joyer’s father, his son is visiting Louisville today and, if all goes as expected, he will give a verbal to the Cardinals following the visit.
“[If he] likes it, he’ll sign there. I’d say it’s probably 99 percent,” Jack Joyer told the Tampa Tribune. “He wants to make sure he likes the coaches and they like him.”
Last month, Foyer was released from his USF scholarship after questions arose about whether his high school transcripts would withstand the scrutiny of the school’s two-year-old Faculty Committee for the Admission of Student-Athletes.
