Fear not, UGA fans.
A little case of the flu will not keep your starting quarterback out of tomorrow night’s game with Oklahoma State.
Speaking to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Joe Cox said he will be under center for the Bulldogs in their season opener.
“I feel pretty good. A lot better than I did,” Cox said. “I will be playing tomorrow. I’ll be there.”
Cox did not fly with the team this afternoon to Stillwater, but is expected to take a later flight and join his teammates.
Man- It’s not enough that we’re playing a team that is this good. Now we have this to worry about. Hope the Dawgs at least make it respectable. This game worries me.
Georgia would win by 13, without Cox. Big 12 has yet to prove that they have a defense!
