Two days later, a report surfaced that a Stillwater woman had accused Mosley of raping her in his campus residence this past August, which led to an order of protection being filed.
Today, Tulsa World is reporting that back in March, a different woman accused Mosley of raping her in his campus residence.
According to the paper, a "rape examination was performed and evidence was collected in that earlier allegation, but the case was closed when the victim decided not to cooperate in the investigation."
A source close to the program told the paper that Mosley dated the woman from the March incident for two months after the alleged rape. The protection order stemming from the alleged August rape was dropped after none of the parties involved appeared at a scheduled hearing.
Police are still investigating the August incident.
Mosley is said to be interested in transferring to Tennessee, and was reportedly supposed to visit the school yesterday. Needless to say, the Volunteers need to perform extreme due diligence in when it comes to allowing Mosley entry into the university if it were to come down to it.
