Instead of Sewell, Marc Verica got the start for the Cavs. Last season, Verica started nine games for UVA.
Sewell, who was listed as "doubtful" on the Thursday report, apparently suffered a shoulder injury in the Duke game last Saturday.

Just two days after becoming a surprise late addition to Virginia's injury report, quarterback Jameel Sewell is not in the starting lineup for the Cavaliers' game with Miami of Florida.
