Trojans top receiver now 'doubtful'

Even as its early in the week, all the signs seem to be pointing to Southern Cal being without their leading receiver this weekend.

Wide receiver Damian Williams suffered a high-ankle sprain in the win over Oregon Arizona State Saturday, and is listed as doubtful according to the Los Angeles Times.

''It's been tough the last two days just trying to walk," Williams said. "I kind of figured out, like, 'OK, there is a possibility that I might not play,' so that's really tough for me.''

Saying he's "a quick healer'', though, Williams has yet to rule himself out of the game with Stanford.

The Trojans beat ARIZONA State, not Oregon State...you'd think after correcting your error in an earlier article, you wouldn't make the same mistake twice.

stanford would beat usc with or without williams now that new pac 10 commissioner larry scott has cleaned outn the dishonest pac 10 officials and taken the officiating control away from long term pac 10 con artists muldoon and cutaia.
before larry scott took control of pac 10 officiating and made every pac 10 official personally accountable to scott, usc had losses to notre dame and oregon state turned into phony wins by dishonest pac 10 officials.
petey and mikey and the usc athletic department and usc's full time football players now full;y understand that the coverups of the bushgate and other usc serial cheating are simply not viable now that we won the big disclosure case against the ncaa and forced the ncaa to make public every document, transcript, and other evidence relating to the ncaa investigation of academic cheating at florida state.
with everything that the ncaa has collected realting to usc now open to the public and with every person involved at the ncaa now having to give public depositions trying to explain why they have done nothing despite the huge volume of irrefutable evidence, petey and mikey and the usc athletic department, along with long time usc president and board member steven samples who recently anounced his resignation, know that their involvements in college sports are swiftly coming to ignominious ends, it is not surprising that the dread has appeared on the playing field, as it certainly did against lowly arizona state.
naturally, petey continues to lie to recruits and their families, but petey's con operation simply is not selling very well right now and never will again.

robertg...why don"t you troll yourself back to your Notre Dame cage...you need to give your 10,000 word dissertation on how the refs stole the game away from the whining Irish...against Navy of all teams!! HaHa!
Can't wait to hear your excuses when they get creamed by Pitt.

Will be waiting for your whining on Notre Dame Central.
