Back in late September, there were three "disagreements" between members of the sports in a span of 24 hours. The altercations lead to a university investigation into the situation, the results of which were forwarded to the city prosecutor's office.
After reviewing the results of the probe, lead prosecutor Jerry Little said the athletic administration is handling the issue and no criminal charges are warranted.
That being said, Little didn't seem exactly thrilled with the substance of the information he received from the university.
"Apparently all witnesses interviewed didn't see anything," Little said, with his tongue presumably planted firmly in his cheek, according to the Topeka Capital-Journal.
