Boise State’s less-than-dominating 44-33 victory over Nevada on Friday night unfortunately supplemented the case against the Broncos, but if the Bowl Championship Series doesn’t include Boise State among its 10-team club, I’ll be more upset than a Tiger Woods agent.

Prepare to be upset. That’s the same Nevada team that couldn’t score against the powerful D of Notre Dame
All those lame bowl games in the BcS and none of them are considering TCU vs Cincinnati or Boise St vs either of them in the Fiesta Bowl.
What a large crock of defication that is. Here is an opportunity to play 2 major games with undefeated teams and the bullspit BcS isn’t going to play the undefeateds against each other and the Fiesta isn’t even considering it.
Even with opportunities like this – the bullspit BcS chooses the money over settling things on the field.
Boise state struggles to beat a rubbish Nevada team 44-33 and you think they should be in the BCS mix???
Ha, freaking, ha.
Playoffs! NOW!
We don’t need playoffs, we need strong conferences where Boise’s and TCU’s and Utah’s actually get tested during the season, outside of their annual “Big Game” against the best of the worst.
Playoffs won’t ever happen, shuffling around and merging weak conferences is actually doable. Better to spend energy doing what’s possible.
Why do some of you people think that Boise State seeing success in the WAC makes them worthy of competing with the top teams in the nation? You know, the kind of teams that accomplish the same level of success in the SEC and the Big XII?
They play in the WAC. I’m not doubting that they are a good football team, but they are not great. Even if they ARE great, we wouldn’t know because they haven’t been tested!
I mean, they are already ranked in the Top 10. Accept that, move on, and let the real teams play.
Some people…
