Bowden denies retirement reports

Both ESPN.com and the Tallahassee Democrat are reporting that Bobby Bowden will announce his retirement Tuesday morning.

According to both Bowden and his wife Ann, however, nothing regarding the legendary coach’s future has been decided.

Speaking to the Associated Press, Bowden said he’s still weighing several options presented to him during a one-hour meeting with the school’s president and athletic director earlier today.  His wife confirmed as much, saying nothing has been finalized and “that’s why they’re meeting tomorrow.”

Another meeting between the three is scheduled for tomorrow, after which Bowden will announce what his future will be at the school.

Typical Philly fan, does not know how to use words. They’re is a contraction for they are, their is a possessive noun. Dumbass. He could have said, “That’s why they are meeting tomorrow.” Dork. JT was right.

You realize he can edit his posts later, right?
He changed it from “their” to “they’re.”
    Dork.

Ann and Bobby are probably meditating on whether Joe Paterno will make it through the night tonight. If he does they goose is cooked. If he doesn’t they will finally, after some more meditation concede and join the unemployed.

Joe Paterno is addressing his players right now and will be moving on to Florida State. The Seminoles want a coach with more experience.
