Suh, McCoy double up on awards

The Home Depot ESPNU College Football Awards were presented this evening, and a pair of Heisman finalists double-dipped into the hardware.

Ndamukong Suh, the Nebraska defensive tackle who should win the Heisman but probably won't, won the Chuck Bednarik Award for best defensive player and Outland Trophy for best interior lineman. Colt McCoy, the Texas quarterback who might win the Heisman simply based on the position he plays, earned the Davey O'Brien Award for best quarterback and Maxwell Award for best all-around player.

Below is the complete list from tonight's televised festivities:

McCoy hasn't done a lot to really distinguish him from the top group of QB's. Flavor of the year.

By the way, Colt McCoy is a great gay porn name.

Major Applewhite is a nice name too.
