Clemson signs up linebacker Justin Parker

Rivals four-star linebacker Justin Parker has signed a national letter of intent with the Clemson Tigers, as expected.

Parker chose Clemson over LSU and South Carolina. He made the announcement at Beaufort High School in South Carolina, much to the disappointment of Steve Spurrier.

Parker has been timed in the 4.6s in the forty-yard dash at 6-foot-3 and 230 pounds. His addition to the Tigers’ 2010 class gives the school a highly impressive nine four-star recruits as rated by Rivals.

Clemson is considered to have the No. 17 overall recruiting class in the nation.
