According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, four-star linebacker prospect Telvin Smith was on the radio in Valdosta Wednesday morning claiming he was leaning toward signing with Georgia.
At 11:35 a.m., Florida State received Smith’s national letter of intent.
Smith is listed at 6-foot-3, 198 pounds, so he’ll have to bulk up considerably and quickly to be an immediate contributor at linebacker for the Seminoles.
After getting five-star linebacker Christian Jones to sign an LOI earlier in the day, however, Florida State is putting together an impressive class on the defensive side of the football.
