QB Rocco spurns Louisville for UVA

ESPN’s Heather Dinich confirms that two-star quarterback recruit Mike Rocco has decommitted from Louisville in favor of the Virginia Cavaliers.

Rocco, a 6-foot-2, 200-pound prospect, threw for 2,066 yards and 24 touchdowns as a junior before missing most of his senior year with a broken non-throwing arm and wrist.

He prepped at Liberty Christian Academy in Lynchburg, Virginia.
