Henderson told high school coach it was Miami

As JT mentioned earlier, the Seantrel Henderson derby isn’t over. While Henderson chose USC on Signing Day, he’s still very much in play. And while Ohio State fans are hoping for the ax to fall on the Trojan program, they’ve been replaced by Miami as the No. 2 school in line for the left tackle’s services.

Here’s what I wrote about it over at the Inside the Irish blog:

Henderson’s final decision didn’t come down to Ohio State and USC likemany reported, but Miami and the Trojans. Henderson was absolutelysmitten with the Hurricanes after a weekend in South Beach hanging withhis idol Bryant McKinnie, and other Miami alums like Willis McGahee andEd Reed. The decision was so close that when Henderson texted his highschool basketball coach just minutes before he made his decision on-airwith Tom Lemming on CBS College Sports TV, he sent back only one word:”MIAMI.”

There are a lot of voices in Henderson’s ear, including a father that clearly has his own agenda as well. Whatever college ends up with Henderson will be getting an elite player, but also one that might come with a few strings attached.

How are the Miami alums not considered boosters & how is this contact then, not considered an NCAA violation?

The more I learn about this kid the less I want him on the Bucks… character has to be factor in recruiting too (unless you’re RichRod)… Tressel can pocket the scholarship for next year when far superior talent will (allegedlly) be available

Unless those alums are current full time students or coaches those are violations and should be reported!

    keith,
    1. seantrel and his family and their friends already at notre dame obviously read and believe our posts at notre dame central about the crooked usc football program and the ncaa and other sanctions coming down on the usc football program.
    2. but for reslife screwing around with michael floyd, one of seantrel’s best friends and the illegal firings of charlie and his staff, notre dame would be one of the schools seriously in play for seantrel, but we are informed that seantrel and his family do not trust kelly and his staff or certain cancers in the current notre dame administration.
    3. seantrel is just one of many top notch 2010 recruits who would have committed to notre dame if charlie and his staff were still there and if those cancers in the current notre dame administration were already gone.
    4. fortunately, notre dame will have these problems only for the 2011 season.

Any thing that comes out of ND is not worth the wine or waffer. Give me a break. Want a bunch of haters. Just because you can’t beat USC, you always have excuses. We know what they smell like and so does the clergy.

1.as notre dame fans and as experienced trial attorneys, we have already defeated the crooked usc football and basketball programs by putting more than enough pressure on the ncaa in civil courts to force the ncaa, which is not an honest organization at all, at long last, to publicly announce on 2/21/2010 severe sanctions against usc which will include the forfeiture of phony papers wins over every opponent, including notre dame during the pete carroll era when some elements at usc decided to cheat to win and did cheat on a regular basis and orchestrated coverup operations which we exposed and defeated.
2.if petey and his staff had not already fled usc for the nfl, petey and his staff would have been banned from college sports for life by the ncaa on 2/21/2010, as will mikey and many others at usc who have no choice but to resign before 2/21/2010.
    3. when we posted this information about the flights of petey and his staff from usc to the nfl and the exact methods that we had used in the civil courts to make those flights inevitable, we got it with the usual vicious attacks, but, as always, we forced petey and his staff to flee to the nfl.
4.so, on 2/21/2010,the official records will be corrected so that those phony usc wins over notre dame and other schools will be officially corrected to reflect losses by forfeiture, just as recently happened to the florida state football program.
    5. charlie and his staff and notre dame will then be officially and correctly undefeated in football against usc.
    6. there will be severe other monetary and other sanctions against usc as well, including the forfeitures of one bcs national championship and one ap national championship and several heisman trophies.
    7. however, the ncaa will not administer any death penalies against usc.
    8. we will administer those economic death penalties in the civil courts.
9.petey and his staff were correct in thinking that they could escape the ncaa by fleeing to the nfl, but wew will get them all in the civil courts in very public jury trials.
    11. although most members of the usc community are fine honest people who did not know about all of the cheating going on, the failure of the usc board of trustees and many members of the usc administration to stop the cheating after they had the evidence and their copoperation in the failed coverups has exposed usc’s endowment and other assets to us in the civil courts and will be taking big chunks of that endowment in the civil courts, just as we did in the nron and mci worldcom civil cases.
    12. cheating to win and coverups can work for a while, but we always expose such con operations and bring down the thunder on the con artist for the benefit of this nation and the schools like notre dame which refuse to cheat no matter what the temporary costs in paper win/ loss records may be.
    13. we know all about the plan the bring in kiffen and a whole bunch of new peteys and mikeys and just continue the cheating.
    14. we will put an end to that plan in the civil courts as well.
    15. fortunately, seantrel and his family read our posts and checked them out, despite the fact that kiffen and his usc staff willfuly lied to seantrel and his family and to other recruits and their familes, just as petey and his staff have been doing for years and in which schemes of deception kiffen actively participated.
    16. seantrel has already decided to pass on usc and to choose miami and, after 2/21/2010, there will be many transfers away from usc, despite the one year sit on the sidelines current ncaa rules, which may just be eliminated for the recruits who fell for the petey and kiffen recruiting con operations.
    17. yes, notre dame does have some minor problems with kelly and his staff of refugees from gvsu and with purcell, swarbrick, and jenkins who illegally fired charlie and his staff and illegally hired kelly and his staff of hopeless amateurs.
    18. however, there are so many fine and honest things about notre dame and notre dame football that we will fix those minor problems in the civil courts also and charlie and most of his staff will be back at notre dame well before the 2011 season begins.
    19. the con artists who used to run the enron and mci worldcom con operations were much more intelligent and sophisticated than petey and mikey and had very pwerful political connections and vast sums of money to hire the best defense attorneys all over the usc to try to defeat us in the courts.
    20. however. we beat them all with our civil rico actions all over the us.
    21. we had nothing to do with the criminal actions which followed.
    22. in fact, as taxpayers, we are adamently opposed to paying room and board and other expenses for non violent white collar criminals.
    23. we just strip them of their material possessions in the civil courts and put them out on the streets to try to survive.
    GO IRISH!!!
