Cromwell set to bolt Aggies for NFL

Late last week, reports began to emerge that Texas A&M offensive coordinator Nolan Cromwell would be interviewing for a position on Steve Spagnuolo‘s St. Louis Rams coaching staff.

According to multiple online reports late this weekend, Cromwell is set to leave the Aggies as he will be named as the Rams’ new wide receivers coach.

If the rumors are accurate and Cromwell does indeed leave, it would force head coach Mike Sherman to undertake his second coordinator search of the new year.

Last month, Sherman hired Tim Deruyter as his new defensive coordinator, replacing the retiring Joe Kines.
