Petrino shakes up early RB depth chart

Yeah, it’s early.  Yeah, there’s still plenty of time between now and the start of the regular season.

To that I would counter with, “(String of expletives not suitable for most productive members of society), what else is there to talk about?  Tebow Day in Gainesville?”

With that as a backdrop, Arkansas has released its spring depth chart, and it contains at least a mild surprise.

The Razorbacks’ two leading returning rushers — Broderick Green and Dennis Johnson — find themselves at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, on the way-too-early-to-have-any-meaning depth chart.  Green led the Razorbacks with 442 yards last season.

Ronnie Wingo Jr. — not to be confused with Ronnie Wingo Sr. — sits atop the depth chart after rushing for 319 yards in 2009, and head coach Bobby Petrino has fellow sophomore Knile Davis — not to be confused with Miles Davis — listed as his backup at the position.

Now, with that out of the way, go vote for Lane Kiffin.  He can’t be officially sexy without some help.
