And, to some, the video was so life-changing that it caused them to discard some of their core beliefs and abandon the very tenets that are at the heart of their religion:
Yes, I’m well aware that these were students just trying to support their university as they work their way through their field of study. But, still. Damn…
It kind of validates Paul Hornung’s comment from a while back. I can’t see many kids from Dade county getting all excited about going to ND after watching that. Even the cheerleaders are below average.
Why does the lead lip sync-douche look like a gay version of Jeff Goldblum from The Fly?
While I really don’t care for ND, as an older individual if you just listen to it and not watch the video it isn’t bad at all.
For their younger fans and current students on campus my bet would be it would be something they would like to watch and listen to.
Thought the individuals that starred in it and put it together were quite creative and worked in alot of great shots on campus.
yep. gay. no wait. super gay.
I am a student. I hate it. I haven’t met anyone who likes it. The video would be OK sans Freekbass and his weird friends, but the song is God awful. There are already over 2,000 students in a Facebook group protesting the video. rmaich, you are completely off on your assessment that current students would like it.
robertg just called.
He swears that the video was fabricated by John Taylor, CFT, Urban Meyer, MSNBC, and the CIA in an effort to bring down Notre Dame and perpetuate the BcS oligarchy’s crimes against humanity, and he’s got thousands of documents to prove it.
So, you know, there’s that.
I miss robertg. I fear that the black helicopters finally took him out.
i was expecting something on the level of those hilarious “welcome to cleveland” videos but this wasnt so bad. Does the fact that I graduated from High School in the early nineties impede my judgement of cool……undoubtedly.
