With the afterglow of a huge upset win over South Carolina still casting a wide swath of positivity across the state, you would expect the University of Kentucky football players to have spent today basking in the adulation they’ve received from a potentially program-defining victory.
While that may be the case for some/most players, not all of them are thrilled with the “atmosphere” that surrounded one of the biggest wins in the school’s recent history.
Specifically, all-everything wide receiver Randall Cobb is pissed over how he and his Wildcats were treated by the home crowd. And, as is oft times the case these days, Cobb took his grievances to Twitter.
The good news for Cobb and UK is that the tweets from earlier today have since been deleted. The bad news is that anything posted on the Internet is forever and immortal, as evidenced by the above screen snaps.
And people wonder why coaches continue banning their players from using Twitter during the season?
