Arizona will welcome back another starter for Stanford game

Quarterback Nick Foles isn’t the only starter No. 13 Arizona will get back for their pivotal Pac-10 showdown with No. 10 Stanford.

Nose tackle Justin Washington has been sidelined since Oct. 16 after suffering a sprained right knee against Washington State, but appears to be a healthy go for the Wildcats.

We’ve got him back at the right time,” defensive tackles coach Mike Tuiasosospo said according to the Arizona Daily Star. “With Justin, the biggest thing is that he’s anxious. He wants to get back in the mix. That’s a good thing to have.”

Washington had started the fist six games of the season before going down with an injury that some were initially concerned could end his season.

“It looked nastier than it was,” the lineman said After I found out what it was, a sprain, it wasn’t that bad. At first, it felt like it was going to be really bad. After I got up and felt like it, I knew I’d be back in no time.”
