Arizona suspends WR Bug Wright

Bug Wright

And, to answer your question, yes, the reason I’m posting on this is because I wanted to type out the name “Bug Wright”.

Speaking to the Arizona Daily Star, Arizona head coach Mike Stoops said that wide receiver Bug Wright has been suspended for violating an unspecified team rule and will not play this Friday.  The Daily Star reports that the suspension is neither legal nor academic in nature.

Wright is fifth on the team in receptions (25) and fourth in receiving yards (294).

The junior has played in eight games and started three, and is expected to be replaced by Terrence Miller.
