How we went this far into the day without mentioning Cam Newton‘s Under Armour deal is beyond me. It could be Newton fatigue, but it’s still newsworthy.
NFL lockout or not, Newton will be getting some hefty cash from the sports apparel company, Under Armour. According to sources close to CNBC, Newton’s multiyear contract with UA will be well over the $1 million per year agreement Reggie Bush had with Adidas in 2006, although specific contract details have not been given out.
Coincidentally, Under Armour is the official jersey provider of Auburn football.
