UAB-UCF game moved to a Thursday

George O'Leary

Yep, outside of a certain investigation in Columbus, it’s going to be that kind of day.

Via the Orlando Sentinel, Central Florida announced that their game with UAB has been moved to Thursday, October 20 at 8 p.m. in order accommodate television requests.

The move to Thursday night marks the fourth weekday game for the Knights. UCF will play at BYU Friday, Sept. 23, host Tulsa on Thursday, Nov. 3 and UTEP on Friday, Nov. 25.

No announcement has been made yet about which network will carry the game against UAB, but it is likely to be a FOX or CBS affiliate.
