Maryland says goodbye to two sophomores

Maryland linebacker Ryan Donohue and running back Gary Douglas are leaving the program for unspecified reasons, head coach Randy Edsall said in a statement today.

No indications have been given as to where Donohue and Douglas, both sophomores, will end up (if anywhere).

Donohue recorded 12 career tackles, an interception in a game against Wake Forest last season and a fumble recovery. However, the linebacker saw most of his time on special teams.

Douglas had 18 rushes for 89 career yards and had six receptions for 78 yards.
