Nick Saban rants to children about paying attention, Xbox and Freddy Krueger

Nick Saban

Love him or hate him, Nick Saban is a special kind of guy.

And let’s be real. Ladies just can’t resist his charming, full-of-life personality. Haven’t you ever seen “The Blind Side”?

During Alabama’s 2011 youth football camp, Saban showcased some of that award-winning charm in a 16-minute go-get-’em motivational speech (if you could call it that) to a group of campers, aged 8-14, and their parents.

In it, Saban discusses the importance of paying attention, the unimportance of XBOX and the relentlessness of Freddy Krueger. It’s pretty entertaining.

Because, well, it’s Nick Saban. Enjoy.

    1/2 of those poor campers looked at Sabens ass the entire time as he kissed up to the camera.

    Deb, you only work out for 16 minutes and 26 seconds? Watched the whole thing. Pretty good talk. Saban’s good, no doubt. Easy to see why he’s so popular. Roll Tide, Deb…

    @florida727 …

    I wish LOL But at least you actually watched the video and know that it was a motivational talk, which is why I said I’d watch it while working out. What do you want to bet the dolts giving me a thumbs down have no idea what’s on the video or what it has to do with workouts and think I’m just fawning over Nick? People on these threads can be such humorless idiots. It’s amazing they’d ever want to crawl out of bed in the morning.

    It was a great motivational speech … but I think those kids are still trying to figure out who Freddie Kruger is. He needs to update his villains :)

    I saw it was 16 minutes and figured I’d just watch a minute of it. Ended up watching the whole thing. Saban is a good speaker

    @ huskersrock1… you don’t know much about Saban, do you? It’s pretty obvious that his audience is seated 360 degrees around him, so he’s looking at the kids, not the camera (by the way, 360 degrees means all the way around).
