Yay! News about Oklahoma that’s not related to conference realignment!
Unfortunately, it’s still not good news (it rarely is anymore) as Oklahoma has suspended wide receiver Trey Franks indefinitely for violation of team rules, the Tulsa World is reporting.
“Stupid mad right now,” Franks said via Twitter. “Been put into a very sticky situation ...but with the lord on my side how could I fail[?]”
As a freshman for the Sooners last season, franks had 29 receptions for 263 yards and a touchdown. He started in four games.
