Just a little over six months after suffering a torn ACL during spring practice, Adam Hall is ready to get back on the playing field and help Arizona’s listing defensive ship.
Head coach Mike Stoops confirmed the speculation that had percolated earlier in the week, telling FOX Sports Saturday morning that Hall will be dressed and play against Oregon State this afternoon. It’s unclear where or how much Hall will fit in initially, although he had been projected as a starter prior to the injury.
The return by Hall would mark the latest step in his rehab, with the safety returning to non-contact drills during summer camp and full participation in practice the past couple of weeks.
Hall was fifth on the team in tackles last season with 54.
