Following some playing time in Indiana’s 59-7 thumping at the wrath of Wisconsin, freshman quarterback Tre Roberson is getting the nod from coach Kevin Wilson to start today’s game at Iowa.
Edward Wright-Baker started the game last week against Bucky, and was the starter for IU to open the season. But, following a rough performance last week, it looks like Wilson is going to go with potential over all other factors.
IU’s quarterback situation has been a game of musical chairs this season, and the Hoosiers were hoping to get some stability in that department with in-state blue-chip recruit Gunner Kiel. However, Kiel softened on his commitment to Indiana yesterday.
