If you missed the Penn State Board of Trustees press conference from last night, you missed about 20 minutes of 1) an embarrassing display of local “media” infiltrated by a few fans and 2) composure under fire by BOT spokesperson John Surma.
Surma announced that both Penn State president Graham Spanier and coach Joe Paterno were ousted immediately. Surma didn’t share many details about the process, but said Paterno was informed of the decision via telephone. To see a portion of Surma’s responses, check out the video below:
