Michigan safety arrested for home invasion

From the knucklehead file:

Backup Michigan safety Marvin Robinson has been slapped with a second-degree home invasion charge and will face a preliminary hearing on Wednesday, multiple media outlets are reporting. No details were provided of the incident, but for what it’s worth, Robinson did not travel with the team to Illinois this past weekend.

We are aware of the report,” Michigan coach Brady Hoke said in a statement today. “We will let the legal process run its course, and we will not have any further comment until that time.”

Robinson has been used minimally this season, recording nine tackles in five games with one start.
