Wisconsin will reportedly go to Nevada for LB coach

Wisconsin coach Bret Bielema continues to put together his coaching staff after losing half of it over the past couple of weeks, mainly to Pittsburgh where O-line coach Bob Bostad, defensive coordinator Dave Huxtable and QB coach Joe Rudolph have joined former Badgers OC and Panthers head coach Paul Chryst.

Bielema’s next acquisition to fill one of those holes reportedly comes from Nevada. The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports that second-year Wolf Pack DC/LB coach Andy Buh is set to become the Badgers’ new LB coach.

Buh’s background is at LB, both as a player and coach. Before spending the past couple of seasons under Chris Ault, Buh was the co-defensive coordinator for two years at Stanford and spent one year as the Cardinal’s linebackers coach. He also coached the position at San Diego State from 2002-05.

Buh would join new UW assistants Matt Canada (OC), Zach Azzanni (WR) on Bielema’s staff.
