As a Maryland alum this just leaves me with a horrible feeling.

I keep wanting to hope that Edsall will be able to turn things around but he just does not seem to get it. He says that he wants what is best for all of his players and then does something like this. SHAME!

Between Edsall & Les Mile’s classy moves both regarding qb’s wanting to go elsewhere I am truly NOT impressed.

I hope he does appeal and when asked Edsall gets nailed to the way for this one.

There is a further stipulation on the transfer not reported in the posting: The player cannot transfer to any school unwilling to wear uniforms uglier than the Terps’. That’ll teach him.

He, at best comes off as an vindictive person, and my guess is, the administration at the U of M, will put him on a short leash real soon. A college lives and succeeds a lot on it’s reputation, and I would say, he is hell bent on destroying Maryland’s.

And now we know why folks are leaving the school by the dozens. Edsall just has class written all over him. What possible harm could that kid due to Maryland at Vanderbilt. This guy is trying to become the Kiffin of the east.
