Wow that’s got to be a mistake. He was considered a 5* LB not running back. He wanted to play RB but was always considered a higher value at LB.

Wilder last year was the No. 2 running back in the country and the No. 11 at any position according to Rivals.com.

I think he was the number 2 rated linebacker out of high school. I could be wrong but all the hype on him was at linebacker not running back.

Perhaps he got caught up in the emotion of the event and obviously over reacted to seeing his girl placed under arrest and cuffed. Not a good scene and it happens.

As far as slapping a cops hand, that of course is a crime. He is lucky he didn’t get high voltage therapy.

Wilder is a good young man. He doesn’t have any history of criminal activity.

Hopefully for him this will go away, he obviously made a mistake, but it doesn’t seem worthy of two felonies…which is probably won’t.

those two stories are no wear near eachother someone is clearly lying….. as a gator fan i’ve seen a program have trouble with the law no reason to gloat when its not the school u cheer for…. hopefully things work out for wilder
