Minnesota DT arrested following altercation in bar

However, the player’s role in the incident itself is a bit fuzzy.

According to the Hennepin County Jail website, Minnesota defensive tackle Ra’Shede Hageman was arrested a little after 2:30 a.m. this morning on a charge of disorderly conduct at a bar near the UM campus.

A university spokesperson told ESPN.com that “Hageman, 21, was trying to break up a fight at Sally’s Bar, when police arrived and began making arrests.” CBS Minnesota says Hageman was reportedly involved in the altercation.

Hageman was released after posting $50 bond and no other UM players are believed to be involved. The spokesperson also told ESPN the matter would be handled internally, but given the aforementioned details, Hageman shouldn’t be facing any sort of major discipline.

Hageman recorded 13 tackles in 12 games last season.
