Not exactly a hardened criminal but it isn’t stopping the Gator “fans” (many of whom never set foot in Gainesville and barely graduated from USF or DeVry) or pissants like 35longdongsinmymouth from running their traps.

This young man was on probation because he tried to interfere with a police officer who was arresting his girlfriend, during which he slapped the policeman’s hand. As a result, he got himself arrested, pleaded no contest, and was put on probation.

Any alcohol consumption is a technical violation of his probation, so even though nowhere near drunk, he had to turn himself in and did so.

He will no doubt shortly be released again, finish the anger management classes he owes (1 left to go), and move on with his life.

NOT exactly a hardened criminal.

Sean, If he was drinking heavily the previous night, say until midnight and had a BAC of .225. Alcohol only metabolizes at .015 per hour. Which would mean it would take him 15 hours or until 3pm to be completely sober.

Unbelievably? Not really. Some types of pizza and breads can yield a positive result in an alcohol breath test..not to mention scope, listerene, purel etc etc. .01 is a mighty low margin to get busted on.
