SEC has 10 on second Rimington Trophy watch list

Does your school have a center?

Awesome, they’ve been prequalified for the Rimington Trophy watch list, given each year to the nation’s most outstanding center. This is the second release of the watch list, with the first coming in May.

Of all 51 mentioned on said list, however, the SEC leads the way with 10 players. The Big Ten follows with six players, while the ACC, Conference USA, Mountain West, and the PAC-12 all have five players each.

Last year’s winner was Michigan’s David Molk.

You can view all of the individual preseason watch lists in one handy repository HERE, and the entire Rimington Trophy watch list below.
