Florida transfer Graham Stewart was working through the process of becoming immediately eligible to play for UConn this season. Turns out, the linebacker won’t need to finish the process.
Graham suffered a torn pectoral muscle late last month that required season-ending surgery.
The Connecticut native played as a true freshman for the Gators last season before deciding this offseason to move closer to home.
Graham will have three years of eligibility left when he takes the field for the Huskies in 2013.
