Money is the obvious answer . However if the student athlete couldn’t make the grade , how could he or she remain in school for any length of time , since failing a single class could make a student ineligible . The answer is simple . No one would risk his or her career , unless they felt certain that the fix was in . Money changes hands and the student is guarantied to pass . Remember how a former Heisman trophy winner took all of his classes on line in his dorm room ? Yea , it’s that simple and almost impossible to prove .
