APAfter missing USC’s opener this past weekend, linebacker Lamar Dawson and cornerback Torin Harris are expected to return to the playing field this weekend for the No. 2 Trojans.
The Orange County Register wrote Thursday that both players have “pronounced themselves fit and ready to play at Syracuse.”
Both the injuries have lingered throughout summer camp. Dawson (pictured, no number visible) has been hampered by a calf injury, while Harris has been battling a hamstring issue.
The former is listed as the starter on USC’s most recent depth chart, while the latter is a backup corner.
Good news!
Definitely good news, hopefully this will take some pressure off of the line. I would also like to see a bit more of a ground attack against Syracuse this week but I will take points on the board any way we can get them. PB, you go to the games?
