i wish john l smith was still michigan state’s coach. that guy is a total loser. couldn’t believe arkansas, with the talent they have, went with that circus. also says a lot about the guy who bounces on his alma mater before he even takes the field.

They all get this thing called a paycheck, which the players who receive awards do not get. Also, they will probably get some type of bonus in some way shape or form for this win. If the coaches are able to win over Auburn next week the staff will be kicked around to replace a Big East or MAC team….maybe an ACC team. If the staff is somehow able to have an amazing run that culminates in a BCS or BCS type bowl game (Gator bowl would be huge) then the coaching staff could be SEC bound….the sky would be the limit – with their new paychecks.

Kinda better than a tin and plastic trophy huh

“hoggeek”, no true SEC fan should “rub it in”. I may want the Gators to beat the Razorbacks every we play you, but at the end of the day, I’m also an SEC fan. I’ll gladly root for Alabama, LSU, Georgia (okay, maybe not Kentucky ), when you take on outside-the-conference foes.

I’m worried for Auburn. ULM might have a post-win letdown, but I’m guessing their coaching staff is stressing the impact they can have by knocking off a second consecutive SEC opponent. Expect it to be a close/competitive and hard-fought game.

Wonder when the last time an out-of-conference team beat SEC opponents in back-to-back weekends? I know it doesn’t happen often, if at all. Anyone know?

If ULM beats Auburn, tee-shirt: “ULM Reigns On The Plains”? (Is it too late to get a copyright?)

I was in favor of the JohnEll decision. I was wrong. I was wrong about the assistants. I was wrong about the defense. I was wrong about Petrino’s true impact. I was wrong about the O-line. I was wrong about our chances. What a frigging waste of talent.

I feel really, really bad for Tyler Wilson. Thanks SEC brothers for not rubbing it in. This sucks monkey balls.

What do you give the coaching staff of Arkansas for not providing an offensive scheme to protect Tyler?

What do you give the coaching staff of Arkansas for not properly calling the remainder of the game when they had such a large lead, such as run the ball, ball control, use all the time you can, keep the Warhawks’ offense off the field, etc.?

I remember when they beat the Tide. We had better players, but I won’t say we gave that game away, ULM took it. It is what it its. Suffice to say, Bama has gotten much better since then, and most fans see it as a step we had to take.

As for the shirts, to the victors go three spoils. I said it before, Arkansas has only one weak point: John L Smith.
