It be hard to find a team more snake bitten by injuries over the past year and a half than Syracuse, with a roster that can ill afford any type of injury attrition no less.
And, yet, here we are — and go — again.
The Orange announced Tuesday night that wide receiver Jeremiah Kobena will miss “the next few weeks” due to an injury that’s only being described as “upper body” in nature. The statement did not state when or how the injury occurred.
Kobena is currently second on the team in receiving yards (101) and receiving touchdowns (two) after two game, and tops the Orange with a 20.2 yards-per catch average.
