Getty ImagesA shoulder injury hampered Ole Miss starting quarterback Bo Wallace in last Saturday’s game against Tulane. Heading into this weekend’s game against Alabama, though, Wallace should be good to go.
“He’ll try to go,” Rebels coach Hugh Freeze said. “No doubt. No question after today.”
Wallace missed Tuesday’s practice recovering from his injury, but was able to practice fully on Wednesday. If in the now-unlikely event that Wallace can’t play against the Tide, backup Barry Brunetti will get the start. Brunetti threw for 45 yards against the Green Wave, but ran for 67 as well.
