Well hello to the little bit of sizzle that’s been added to what’s shaping up as a ho-hum slate of Week 5 games.
In the marquee matchup of the weekend -- and we know that because GameDay’s in East Lansing -- Ohio State will travel to That State Up North to face Michigan State in the Big Ten opener for both teams.
Actually, the Buckeyes have already traveled and landed at their Saturday destination. And, to say the least, the olfactory organ of one member of the visiting tOSU football program is very much offended and on sensory overload by the area in which he’ll spend the next 24 hours or so.
Oooooooo, we don’t give a damn for the whole smell of Michigan, the whole smell of Michigan...
That tweet -- replete with the “expletive” misspelling -- would belong to Bradley Roby, Ohio State cornerback and egregiously-offended critic of what East Lansing is cookin’.
It’s unclear how the tweet will play amongst the OSU coaching staff, or whether the “offending” tweet will even be there by the time you read this. There’s little doubt, though, how it will play in That State Down South as a whole.
