Updated: Charlie Weis opening up bag of tricks on K-State early

It appears Kansas is playing for more than in-state bragging rights over No. 7 Kansas State in today’s game. If I were a betting man, I’d say a certain student newspaper provided a little extra motivation for the 1-3 Jayhawks this week.

That, and Charlie Weis ain’t skeered of anything, apparently.┬áThe first-year coach has already called a fake punt on a 4th-and-8 from inside Kansas’ own 30 and a fake field goal on the same drive. The Jayhawks’ offense has been effective both times they had the ball.

After that drive? Not much going for KU. The Wildcats outscored the Jayhawks 49-2 en route to a 56-16 win. Looks like the University Daily Kansan will have some more ammo for Weis.

You’re just now realizing that Weis is morbidly obese? Dang where you been the last decade? Either that or u have no imagination & the best u can do is make an obvious fat joke about a HC of a team nobody cares about.
