Per multiple outlets, Wilson was involved in an accident on Interstate 540 Tuesday morning. Details of the incident are still coming, but the school did release a brief statement.
“Tyler Wilson was in a car accident and has been checked out. He is fine and we anticipate him to practice this afternoon.”
Wilson missed one game this season, a 52-0 loss to Alabama, because of a concussion he suffered in an early-season loss to Louisiana-Monroe. Sounds as though he didn’t sustain any further damage, which is great to hear.
