Maryland’s leading rusher out against Virginia

Thrust into duty at the beginning of the year because of injuries, Maryland freshman running back Wes Brown is dealing with his own set of health issues.

An injury report from Maryland Thursday revealed that Brown, the team’s leading rusher with 150 yards (!!!!), is out this Saturday against Virginia with a shoulder injury. No other details were given.

Additionally, safety Matt Robinson will miss the game with a groin injury. Robinson has missed multiple games this season with injuries. Also out is receiver Kerry Boykins (hip/groin) and linebacker L.A Goree (neck).
