I respect Tebow as an athlete; and I want to see him succeed. With that being said, we all including Tim must be truly honest with ourselves. Tim is not an NFL quarterback at the moment! I think the Canadian football league could have served as a proving ground for him to improve his skill set. It worked for Doug Flutie and Warren Moon, and they both had very good years in the NFL. Peyton Manning has high moral character and he is also a future hall of famer (first ballot) Tim has to be the complete package and presently he is not, I love him as a person and sincerely wish him well, but each day he is viewed as a sideshow/circus act. The media should just give him some space and stop fanning the flames.

I can’t believe that urban Meyer would be stupid enough to have Tiny Tin Teblow ruin Miller’s progress as a real quarterback. Miller is progressing nicely as a real drop back pocket passer, Tiny Tim would make Braxton regress to being just another running back. Tiny Tim belongs in the Lingerie League where his throwing like a girl wouldn’t be noticed.

I would absolutely love Tim Tebow working with Braxton to beef him up physically and mentally. Love him or hate him (as a Buckeye fan, you know which one I fell into while he was in college), you cannot deny his incredible success he achieved in college. The man has a work ethic that is just off the charts and quite frankly, has an attitude that is just down right fantastic! Perhaps Braxton could help Tim with his throwing mechanics.

If Miller can’t run a pro-style offense, he will not be drafted or will the bust that Tebone is. No pro team will waste a pick if you can’t measure up to RG3, Luck, Cam Newton or even Tannerhill. Hope the guy knows how to sell cars.

I don’t think you have seen either play.

Braxton is just physically above most B1G defenders in terms of speed and agility, he doesn’t seem to be able to take huge hits, or run over some serious LB’s as Timmy used to do.
Timmy is a really fast Full back Hback type, not quite a RB unless you consider Hillis a running back. Braxton looks to me at ~200 lbs maybe less, more like 190 (WR weight) and Timmy looks like ~240 or more, the guy is just immense. That being said idk their official weight. It’s just what I see from watching both run.

Recapping, Miller is playing in the down B1G, out running people, Timmy has run over LB’s in the nfl. Just HUGE differences between both but to put it simply Tebow=power
Miller=speed

If they connect, isn’t the Ohio State enforcement guy going to have to monitor this very carefully considering just getting off from probation. Dez Bryant had lunch with a pro former teammate and unfortunately lied about it and got ncaa boot. mixing the pros with the college kids has very strict rules and that is all Ohio State needs is more issues with the NCAA

Okay, I’ve just about had enough…First, all of you Tebow worshipers get off your knees and wipe your collective mouths…..

No one in college football history got the best out of his teammates more than Tim Tebow, day-in, day-out, week-in, week-out, month-in, month-out. He drove his teammates to be the best they could be. That’s what Meyer wants Miller to emulate.

Really dude?…isn’t that what the damn coach is paid to do?, you know, the crap in the previous paragraph. I’m not sure Braxton can learn a whole lot from Timmy Boy, hell he can probably teach ole timmy a thing or two

Why Tebow is still on an NFL Roster is beyond reason, but I guess it would;d be too embarrassing for the front office to cut him and apologize for the failed experiment…..all that said, move the guy to TE or FB and be through with it……He’s no more of a QB than peewee herman…

As a Florida fan, I’m probably biased, but a case can easily be made that Tebow was the greatest college football player of all-time… and it had nothing to do with passing skills, or for that matter, his ability to run the ball either.

Tebow’s greatest attribute, as pointed out by Meyer, is his work ethic and his competitiveness. And, yes, both can be taught. You cannot be around Tim Tebow without feeling his passion for what he does, whether it’s football related or something else outside of football. When he sets his mind to it, he can do just about anything, and it’s that kind of mindset that Meyer wants Miller to get, because Meyer views Miller as a multiple national championships guy… just like Tebow was.

I don’t believe that Meyer wants a Tebow / Miller summit so that Tebow can help Braxton improve his passing skills. Hell, Miller is a better passer as a college sophomore than is Tebow right now (which isn’t saying much). I think Urban wants some of Tebow’s leadership and toughness to rub off on Miller. Braxton Miller is a great athlete… but his toughness and leadership skills, FROM THIS FAN’S PERSPECTIVE, seem to be somewhat lacking. Tebow, while not someone I root for, is undeniably a great leader and a tough football player.

I think the Quarterback coach and camps that Taylor Martinez went to last summer would improve Braxton Miller’s game far more than Tim Tebow (I know he tried to learn to pass better, good running style but passing is not useful to a pro team) Is he playing for the Jets? Enough said.

You know, there’s a legend (actually a true story) that a group of folks put a U of F gator statue on the tOSU campus to see how long it would last. This was after tOSU lost the football and basketball title games to UF in the same year.

Buckeye fans everywhere are throwing up in their mouth a little bit, and then realizing at the same time that this probably can’t hurt.

I don’t like the Univ of FL but I have tremendous respect for Tim Tebow. He has been an inspiration to so many people…..old and young. I now support whatever NFL team he goes to as he is a proven leader and winner.

As a college player, Tebow did amazing things, a lot of them. As a leader, I have incredible respect for the man. Braxton has more physical talent than Tebow and if working with Tebow can help improve his leadership and drive, I’m cool with it. Presonally, I think Meyer should use Miller in a more conventional setting.
