APA four-star member of Boston College’s 2009 recruiting class (Rivals.com), defensive lineman Dillon Quinn has never quite lived up to the hype. Now, his playing days with the Eagles are over.
Coach Frank Spaziani said Thursday that Quinn has decided to leave school for “personal reasons” but would not elaborate. Quinn missed the first part of this season with a leg injury and has played in only 24 games over the past three seasons filled with injuries and a suspension.
Quinn finishes his career with 40 tackles, eight of which came in four games this year, and two sacks.
