Purdue had lost 1/3 of it’s season ticket holders. Announced attendance and actual attendance were two very different numbers. Some in the administration may have been content with a team that finished a few games over .500 and did so on a shoestring, but it became evident that they were well in the minority. Boiler fans demand better. Now we have a chance to get it.

There were 29 new coaches hired aftere the 2011 season, honestly I dont know where all these new guys are coming from but its going to be interesting.

Ohio state was the only top big ten team his teams competed with and that includes a 49-0 vacated stomp. He has losses to Toledo, Rice, NIU, never beat ND and only has winning records against IU and Illinois in the big ten, who are usually terrible. He was a coach who beat up most the teams he was supposed to beat, had a couple upsets, and get destroyed by the higher echelon teams. The fan base completely jumped ship well before this news. how he survived this long is a thing in and of itself
