He has paid his dues an assitant, got his first head coaching gig at Kent St and parlayed that into a major BCS school.

Hopefully, he will be able to recruit and own Indianapolis and have some reach into Chicago, Cincinnati, Detriot and Ohio and get the Purdue program up to the level of Ohio St, Michigan, Nebraska and Wisconsin.
