As long as Mannion doesn’t throw more than one pick (assuming he is the starter), Beavs should win this game. Woods gets fired up for his homecoming and puts up big yards. Of course, this is all in my head. Beavers are the better team but Texas comes in with the advantage of being the “visiting” team. Tired of typing. Go Beavers!

Maybe Texas defense will figure out how to tackle and actually cover receivers during the break before this game. The Texas offensive line may also start blocking again for the great RB’s that Brown always recruits and then not use them appropriately. It should be a good game though. Texas 33-31.

On the one hand, I agree with your pick. On the other hand, I disagree with some of your reasoning.Texas will play with emotion because the Alamo Dome will be a sea of burnt orange. Oregon State will pull out a close game because they are the better team.

Many colleagues at work are Texans, either pulling for A&M or Texas and in this case I will pull for Texas as well. Maybe, somehow, Coach Brown will actually coach, or allow his assistants to coach?, and win this game. Brown needs to retire, but hopefully for this game will be prepared. Texas secondary makes several great plays and takeaways and Texas flips this one to their side 33 – 21
